A leading company in Doha is hiring a skilled Technical Support professional to join their team.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably with mobile applications.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency with Android and iOS operating systems and app ecosystems.
- Familiarity with debugging tools, error logs, and crash analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Additional Requirements
- Valid QID and NOC (mandatory).
- Must currently reside in Qatar.
- Indian & Pakistani nationals are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with mobile app testing or QA processes.
- Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Swift) is a plus.
