Experience

Responsibilities and Requirements

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR-related matters.
- Coordinate with external partners including insurance vendors and suppliers.
- Handle administrative procurement including office stationery, IT supplies, and uniforms.
- Support the payroll department by providing accurate employee information and processing reimbursements.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense form processing.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR initiatives including meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Maintain and update new hire guides and onboarding materials.
