Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
Qualification
- Fluent in Turkish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be currently based in Dubai
- Valid UAE residency visa
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls and route them to appropriate departments
- Manage general email inquiries and correspondence in both Turkish and English
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with basic office management duties
- Maintain visitor logs and security protocols
- Support the team with various administrative tasks
