Receptionist – Business Bay, Dubai (Atilla Property)

We are seeking a bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Atilla Property’s Business Bay office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

Qualification

  • Fluent in Turkish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be currently based in Dubai
  • Valid UAE residency visa

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to appropriate departments
  • Manage general email inquiries and correspondence in both Turkish and English
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Assist with basic office management duties
  • Maintain visitor logs and security protocols
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks
