A reputable company in Qatar is seeking a qualified Admin Assistant (Female) with proven experience in the landscape industry.
Experience
- Relevant experience in the landscape industry.
Qualification
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- High school degree; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Write and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Develop and maintain filing systems and office policies.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Liaise with clients and senior administrative staff.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Must have a valid QID and NOC.
Pay
- QAR 3,000.00 – QAR 4,000.00 per month.
