Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certifications are a plus).
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a solid understanding of financial principles.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
- Manage accounts, oversee reconciliations, and support audits.
