Experience
2+ years in an HR role, preferably in the education or service industry.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred
- Experience in the driving school or education sector.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
- Maintain updated job descriptions, records, and HR documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare and process payroll data while managing attendance, leave, and overtime records.
