Position Details
We are hiring for an Accounts Associate to manage banking operations and assist with financial systems within our Dubai Head Office.
Experience
- No specific experience required, but prior knowledge of accounting or finance systems will be advantageous.
Qualification
- Tagalog-speaking candidates preferred.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage daily banking operations including receiving sales reports, checks, cash, and receipts.
- Ensure deposits of checks, cash, and funds via designated office messenger.
- Facilitate online business deposits through ICCS and manage check remittance.
- Use Oracle and Marine systems to record invoices, process payments, and generate reports.
- Verify Letters of Credit (LCs) and prepare monthly sales reports.
