Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage relationships with customers to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
- Collaborate with design & factory teams on new product development and samples.
- Freeze on time and action calendar in line with promised delivery.
- Address systemic issues and escalate unresolved issues to leadership.
- Focus on process improvements for better efficiency and product quality.
- Work closely with functional heads and managers on business operations.
- Handle pricing and contract negotiations with key accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments for seamless coordination.
