We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Officer to manage personnel policies, procedures, and day-to-day employee relations matters, ensuring efficient services to both management and employees.
Experience
- Relevant experience in employee relations, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Good command of Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Execution of policies, systems, processes, and procedures.
- Employee services and grievance handling.
- Disciplinary actions and employee documentation management.
- Employee engagement and reporting.
