Position 1: HR Professional (Experienced – Minimum 3 Years)
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days a week, alternate Saturdays off)
- Location: Malviya Nagar, Delhi
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR
Qualification
- Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and employee engagement
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage end-to-end HR processes
- Handle recruitment and employee relations
- Support performance management and development initiatives
Position 2: HR Intern (Fresher)
- Stipend: ₹10,000
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days a week, alternate Saturdays off)
- Location: Malviya Nagar, Delhi
Experience
- Freshers with an interest in HR
Qualification
- Previous internship experience in HR is a plus
- Strong communication skills & eager to learn
