Cashier – Hospital in KSA

The General Cashier will be responsible for managing all cash handling and financial transactions of the hotel, ensuring precision and financial integrity while delivering exceptional guest service.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a similar capacity.

Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management and/or Accounting.
  • Experience with POS and PMS systems (Opera, PSMS, Info Genesis, Micros).
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (SUN System).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and adherence to corporate policies.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Manage cash handling with accuracy and compliance.
  • Collect and verify daily cash receipts from individual cashiers.
  • Reconcile daily cash submissions and prepare bank deposits.
  • Report cash discrepancies to the Finance Manager.
  • Prepare daily and weekly financial reports.
  • Maintain adequate monetary change for all departments.
  • Process petty cash disbursements and replenishments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
