Senior Finance Officer / Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance, Dubai

Our client, a multinational manufacturing company, is looking to hire a Senior Finance Officer/Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Finance team in Dubai. The role reports to the Head of Finance and CFO.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, preferably in a multinational organization with manufacturing operations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • ACA/CA from England, Wales, or India preferred.
  • ACS, ACCA, CMA, CPA would be a plus.
  • Must be based in the UAE with solid work experience within the UAE.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Overseeing corporate accounting and financial consolidation processes.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Managing statutory and compliance-based reporting in alignment with IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
  • Leading a team of qualified finance professionals.
  • Developing relationships with senior management, auditors, and external providers.
  • Supporting the financial planning and analysis functions.
  • Managing compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and transfer pricing regulations.
  • Conducting financial reviews and analysis to optimize cash flows.
  • Supporting capital market and M&A transactions.
  • Planning and executing group external audits and compliance reporting.
  • Mentoring corporate finance team members for succession planning.
