Our client, a multinational manufacturing company, is looking to hire a Senior Finance Officer/Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Finance team in Dubai. The role reports to the Head of Finance and CFO.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, preferably in a multinational organization with manufacturing operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- ACA/CA from England, Wales, or India preferred.
- ACS, ACCA, CMA, CPA would be a plus.
- Must be based in the UAE with solid work experience within the UAE.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Overseeing corporate accounting and financial consolidation processes.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting including budgeting and forecasting.
- Managing statutory and compliance-based reporting in alignment with IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
- Leading a team of qualified finance professionals.
- Developing relationships with senior management, auditors, and external providers.
- Supporting the financial planning and analysis functions.
- Managing compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and transfer pricing regulations.
- Conducting financial reviews and analysis to optimize cash flows.
- Supporting capital market and M&A transactions.
- Planning and executing group external audits and compliance reporting.
- Mentoring corporate finance team members for succession planning.
