Experience
- Experience in HR administration.
Qualification
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eligible candidates must have a transferable QID/NOC and be available in Qatar.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Support and coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling inductions.
- Maintain an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and documentation.
- Handle day-to-day HR queries and advise in line with policies and procedures.
- Produce informative reports using the HR platform.
- Support the accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
- Handle employee queries with confidentiality.
- Work independently or as part of a team.
- Interact with managers and heads of departments to disseminate information.
