- Experience in creating HR policies and procedures
- Experience in performing performance evaluations (KPIs)
- Knowledge of government sites (Muqasem, Madad, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of developing HR plans and strategies
- Experience handling labor problems and internal/external employment
