Finance and Accounting Manager | Dubai

Allez Middle East LTD is hiring a Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations in Dubai.

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years in financial management and accounting, preferably in trade, import & export sectors.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
  • Certification in accounts and finance is a plus.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Manage accounts payable, bank payments, receipts, and accounts receivable.
  • Perform accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper revenue and expense recognition.
  • Monitor bank balances, perform cash flow forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and legal regulations.
  • Assist with organizational budget and monthly financial reporting.
  • Perform year-end close activities and coordinate with suppliers, banks, and other entities.
  • Improve finance and accounting operations using technology.
  • Coordinate with the export department for pricing, market analysis, and compliance.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel).
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
