Allez Middle East LTD is hiring a Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations in Dubai.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years in financial management and accounting, preferably in trade, import & export sectors.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
- Certification in accounts and finance is a plus.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage accounts payable, bank payments, receipts, and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure proper revenue and expense recognition.
- Monitor bank balances, perform cash flow forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and legal regulations.
- Assist with organizational budget and monthly financial reporting.
- Perform year-end close activities and coordinate with suppliers, banks, and other entities.
- Improve finance and accounting operations using technology.
- Coordinate with the export department for pricing, market analysis, and compliance.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel).
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
