Experience
3-6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles through job boards, social media, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work onsite from our Kochi office
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in the recruitment field
