Experience
Minimum of 5 years of administrative or personal assistant experience, preferably within the petroleum, energy, or similar industries.
Qualification
- Higher Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Support Sr. Advisor with SP&P project tasks, data collection, and document preparation.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and highlight progress or issues.
- Organize documents and presentations for meetings and reviews.
- Handle and prioritize communications for timely responses.
- Manage accessibility, retrieval, and safe keeping of company documents.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
