- Valid UAE driving license.

- Thorough knowledge of local customs/port clearance rules and regulations.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Own cross-functional commercial processes and financial results.
- Prepare and analyze monthly finance reports.
- Manage initiatives across all lines of spends and build trackers and tools to monitor and control actual, accruals, and ensure completeness and accuracy of recorded transactions.
- Oversee all types of reconciliation to align supplier liabilities, rebates, customer receivables, retailers’ liabilities, and their related collections.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in account reconciliation, ensuring account balances are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support tax and auditing activities.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
- Stay updated on VAT regulation changes and ensure compliance.
- Oversee VAT compliance and ensure accurate and timely VAT reporting and payment.
