Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
Qualification
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare agendas, documents, and minutes for meetings
- Organize and manage travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics
- Keep the CEO updated on project progress and follow-ups
- Maintain and organize important documents and records
- Assist in event coordination and stakeholder communication
- Perform personal banking and payment coordination tasks
