Experience
- 3–5 years of experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Perform clerical and administrative duties based on organizational knowledge.
- Respond to information requests directly or by routing them appropriately.
- Take and transcribe dictation.
- Compose correspondence and complex replies for appropriate signature.
- Prepare and type various reports, researching data as needed.
- Maintain the Senior Manager’s calendar and schedule meetings.
- Handle incoming mail, prioritize, route, and maintain logs.
- Coordinate with other secretaries to ensure adherence to procedures.
- Arrange travel, approve routine revisions, and prepare expense reports.
Key Outcomes
- Maintain an efficient filing system.
- Prepare reports required by the direct manager.
- Document minutes of meetings.
