Executive Secretary – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Urgently looking for an Executive Secretary (Male Candidate Only) in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Perform clerical and administrative duties based on organizational knowledge.
  • Respond to information requests directly or by routing them appropriately.
  • Take and transcribe dictation.
  • Compose correspondence and complex replies for appropriate signature.
  • Prepare and type various reports, researching data as needed.
  • Maintain the Senior Manager’s calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Handle incoming mail, prioritize, route, and maintain logs.
  • Coordinate with other secretaries to ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Arrange travel, approve routine revisions, and prepare expense reports.
