Help Desk and CAFM Coordinator – Doha, Qatar

Hiring a Help Desk and CAFM Coordinator to support school and kindergarten projects, manage technical support, and oversee project progress.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Help Desk operations in the GCC region.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in technical or IT support preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic.
  • Strong knowledge of CAFM operations, including mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of hard & soft FM services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Providing customer support and project development for school and kindergarten projects.
  • Receiving and registering assistance requests in the system.
  • Monitoring daily project progress and handling complaints.
  • Preparing periodic progress reports.
  • Managing employee attendance via the Timesheet system.
  • Handling administrative requests for security personnel.
  • Communicating with schools and stakeholders, coordinating meetings and workshops.
  • Collecting and managing project data for reports.

Salary Package

  • QAR 3,000
