Al Rashed Food is hiring an Accountant – Accounts Receivable in Dubai, UAE. The role involves customer payment reconciliation, accounts receivable monitoring, and financial reporting.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in accounts receivable, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience handling large volumes of transactions.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Perform customer payment reconciliation and SOA preparation.
- Monitor accounts receivable transactions and maintain updated customer records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, reminders, and statements.
- Update daily collections and handle customer queries.
- Assist with month-end closing, accrual checks, and GL postings.
- Post deduction tax invoices and GRVs.
- Support external and internal audits with required documentation.
