We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Training Coordinator to become a part of our team, focusing on the implementation and improvement of employee learning and development programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop Training Programs: Create training programs and materials that align with organizational goals, projects, and employee needs.
- Onboarding: Responsible for onboarding new hires by conducting orientation sessions and ensuring a welcoming and supportive approach.
- Maintain Training Materials: Keep training materials and resources up to date.
- Conduct Monthly Project Visits: Identify training requirements and ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
