SEIS is hiring for the position of Assistant HR/Admin in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Experience
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in HR or Administration.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Handle employee records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Help organize employee events and initiatives.
- Assist with office management duties as needed.
