SEIS is hiring for the position of Assistant HR/Admin in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Experience

  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in HR or Administration.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Handle employee records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Help organize employee events and initiatives.
  • Assist with office management duties as needed.
