This role is designed for an individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch HR support. You will be responsible for handling HR queries and will take ownership of our HR hotline, communicate resolutions to HR-related calls, queries, or requests, and close calls as per company standards.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR support or customer service role is preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience in a call logging system is a must.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
