Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in the same field.
Qualification
- Diploma or High School degree.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Prepare relevant materials for all meetings attended by the managing director.
- Prepare and circulate memos and minutes of the meeting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Answer telephone calls courteously and give information to callers.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle all documents and contracts.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and the manager.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Salary Package
