Maruthi Plastics is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to lead business growth, manage key clients, and expand our presence in South India.
Experience
- 5-7 years in B2B sales (preferably in retail).
- Strong experience handling corporate clients, enterprises, and businesses.
Qualification
- Any graduate with 5+ years of experience in domestic B2B sales.
- Hindi fluency (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage & grow business with existing customers.
- Identify & onboard new clients to drive revenue.
- Travel across South India & PAN-India for business closures (5-7 days/month).
- Monitor & support team members in achieving sales targets.
- Oversee end-to-end sales, revenue generation, and operations.
