HR Officer | Sharjah, UAE

Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in handling all aspects of HR operations within GCC regions.

Qualification

  • Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Male candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Recruit and source candidates as per direction from the line manager.
  • Support recruitment, testing, and interviewing programs.
  • Counsel managers on candidate selection and conduct exit interviews.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise employees.
  • Resolve employee grievances and counsel supervisors.
  • Ensure legal compliance with HR policies and maintain records.
  • Fulfill PRO-related tasks before deadlines.
  • Maintain HR records and filing systems.
  • Process payroll in coordination with the Accounts department.
  • Generate HR-related documents (warning letters, termination letters, NOCs, etc.).
  • Monitor staff accommodation tenancy contract renewals and maintain employee registers.
  • Manage employee corporate SIM cards.
