Experience
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT support roles
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software issues, and ERP support
- Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 (mandatory)
- Background in business IT support or retail field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in flexible shifts
- Candidates with a valid UAE driving license will be preferred
