Admin Coordinator/Assistant – Dubai | Construction Chemicals Industry

Hiring Admin Coordinator/Assistant for a company in the construction chemicals industry, based in Dubai.

Experience

Previous experience in administration/coordinator roles is a plus

Qualification

  • Fluency in English and Urdu (mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry
  • Coordinate between departments and assist with daily operations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Maintain records and ensure smooth workflow in the office
  • Working 6 days a week
  • Salary: AED 3,000 per month
  • Visa, medical insurance, annual air ticket, and benefits as per UAE Labor Law
