Sr. Operations Coordinator – Facility Management

Experience

  • 10 years of experience in facility management

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency in Arabic (written and verbal)
  • Strong report-writing skills with Excel, Power BI, CAFM systems
  • Leadership and performance management experience
  • Expertise in CAFM, Helpdesk systems, and PPM planning
  • Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and client-facing performance metrics
  • Skilled in documentation, client correspondence, and minute-taking
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and facility industry standards
  • Experience with specialized systems (elevators, gym equipment) is preferable
