Experience
- 10 years of experience in facility management
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in Arabic (written and verbal)
- Strong report-writing skills with Excel, Power BI, CAFM systems
- Leadership and performance management experience
- Expertise in CAFM, Helpdesk systems, and PPM planning
- Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and client-facing performance metrics
- Skilled in documentation, client correspondence, and minute-taking
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and facility industry standards
- Experience with specialized systems (elevators, gym equipment) is preferable
