Experience
Minimum 2 years in a related role
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a must
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Support Oracle application department objectives aligned with business strategy
- Train users and support department development
- Manage Oracle technical tasks and reports
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and Redwood components
- Design, test, and integrate custom solutions into Oracle modules
- Implement and roll out developed solutions
- Provide in-depth technical and functional solutions to business requirements
- Ensure all technical work is fully documented
- Manage Oracle support website and service requests
