Responsibilities and Requirements
- Accurately input, update, and maintain records of stock, sales, and vendor details.
- Verify and cross-check data from purchase orders, invoices, and system reports.
- Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for inventory and sales analysis.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and store teams to ensure data accuracy in stock movements.
- Monitor discrepancies in data and report inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
- Support other administrative tasks as required by the operations team.
