Qualification

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all locations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Train and manage staff; foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer service
- Address customer concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare regular reports on area/branch’s performance, including sales, operational efficiency, and staff performance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
