Purchasing Executive – Doha, Qatar

Hiring for the position of Purchasing Executive at Ramada Old Town Doha, Qatar.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar purchasing role within the hospitality industry is mandatory

Qualification

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to meet operational requirements
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records
  • Coordinate with various departments to determine purchasing needs
  • Ensure compliance with the hotel’s policies and procedures
