Experience
Proven experience in a similar purchasing role within the hospitality industry is mandatory
Qualification
- Strong knowledge of procurement systems, inventory software, and hotel operations

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to meet operational requirements
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records
- Coordinate with various departments to determine purchasing needs
- Ensure compliance with the hotel’s policies and procedures
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any supply issues
