Hiring for a Senior Accountant position. Candidate must be locally available with a transferable visa.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in manufacturing, facility management, contracting, or trading industry.
Qualification
- Qualified ACCA or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with relevant experience.
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PPT).
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for manufacturing, facility management, and other departments.
- Analyze and manage job costs, including tracking expenses, labor costs, and material costs.
- Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial ratio analysis.
- Implement and maintain internal controls, including accounting policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Work closely with management, finance team, and other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, facility management, contracting, or trading.
