Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in construction contract administration, with a focus on contractor work.
Qualification
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field from a recognized international university.
- Additional certifications in contract management or construction law are advantageous.
- High proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for handling complex contracts and disputes.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Interpret and advise on the terms, conditions, and clauses of contracts, ensuring clients understand their obligations and rights.
- Guide on contractual risks and opportunities and apply contract terms in various scenarios.
- Prepare, review, and issue formal letters, notices, and responses related to the contract.
- Ensure all correspondence complies with contractual obligations and is sent within required time frames.
- Advise on the preparation of delay claims, cost claims, and variations.
- Represent the contractor in dispute resolution processes and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
