A critical opportunity for a Senior Procurement Officer to join a leading recruitment firm in the food management sector.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in Qatar or GCC
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP preferred)
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies
- Source and negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective, quality materials and services
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts and company standards
- Manage purchase requisitions, POs, and vendor records using ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and avoid supply delays
- Ensure adherence to local and company procurement policies
