Central Kitchen – Production Manager, Dubai, UAE

Panoor Group of Restaurants is hiring a Production Manager for its Central Kitchen Facility in Dubai. The role involves managing high-volume food production, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring hygiene and quality standards.

Experience

5+ years in central kitchen or high-volume food production

Qualification

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
  • English, Malayalam (Required); Hindi/Tamil (Preferred)

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Manage and supervise daily food production for all restaurant outlets
  • Coordinate kitchen staff and ensure proper workflow and task delegation
  • Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, and timely output
  • Enforce hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliant)
  • Handle inventory planning, stock control, and minimize wastage
  • Work with procurement and operations teams to meet production goals
  • Generate production reports and manage kitchen documentation
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and operational
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen audits
  • Ability to manage production schedules under pressure
  • Proficiency in kitchen inventory and planning tools
