Experience
5+ years in central kitchen or high-volume food production
Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
- English, Malayalam (Required); Hindi/Tamil (Preferred)
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage and supervise daily food production for all restaurant outlets
- Coordinate kitchen staff and ensure proper workflow and task delegation
- Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, and timely output
- Enforce hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliant)
- Handle inventory planning, stock control, and minimize wastage
- Work with procurement and operations teams to meet production goals
- Generate production reports and manage kitchen documentation
- Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and operational
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen audits
- Ability to manage production schedules under pressure
- Proficiency in kitchen inventory and planning tools
