Currently seeking a highly organized and professional Document Controller cum Executive Secretary to support the senior management team.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary
- At least 3 years supporting senior management
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
- Experience with SAP is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Age limit: Below 35
- Visa status: Must be with NOC and ready to join immediately
- Duty timing: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Salary: QAR 7,000 + Transportation will be provided
