Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related discipline
- Prior experience in HR and Administration is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports
- Coordinate office management activities and supplies
- Help manage timekeeping and attendance records
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners as needed
