Elite Medical Center is hiring a skilled and experienced HR Officer. Candidates must have prior HR experience within the healthcare sector, strong organizational abilities, and knowledge of HR best practices.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in an HR role within the healthcare sector.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Arabic preferred.
- Proficient in Payroll and Employee Relations.
- Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law.
- Must be knowledgeable in MOPH Registration & Licensing Process.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment compliance and policy adherence.
- Manage DHP licensing and evaluation for nurses, allied health professionals, and physicians, including privilege submission for doctors.
- Keep HR policies updated and ensure legal compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR files.
