Looking for a highly motivated and strategic Key Account Supervisor/Manager to drive business growth within the FMCG sector in Qatar. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, maximizing sales opportunities, ensuring timely invoice submissions, and leading sales teams to deliver client satisfaction.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
- Strong background in logistics oversight, including delivery planning, stock control, and coordination with warehouse teams.
- Experience in invoice preparation and submission, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the local market and FMCG consumer trends.
- Valid Qatar driving license is a plus.
