Inventory & Finance Coordinator – Dubai, UAE

DUBIMED is hiring an Inventory & Finance Coordinator to manage inventory control, invoicing, and accounts receivable with a focus on the medical supplies industry.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the medical supplies sector

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
  • Familiarity with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Knowledge of VAT and UAE financial regulations
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • UAE Driving License required

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day inventory management operations
  • Ensure accurate tracking, recording, and reporting of inventory movement
  • Support invoicing and accounts receivable functions
  • Assist in logistics and dispatch coordination
