Responsibilities and Requirements
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and career pages
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Communicate with candidates on status and interview logistics
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS
- Assist with background checks and onboarding
- Provide admin support to the HR team
