Minimum 1–2 years HR experience in the UAE (Mandatory)
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handle full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and databases
- Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives
- Ensure company compliance with UAE visa and employment regulations
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies
- Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and administer disciplinary actions
- Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and assist with payroll coordination
- Prepare and manage all HR documentation
- Must be proficient in ZOHO HRMS or other recognized HR software
- Excellent communication skills required
