Experience
- 8+ years of experience in HR roles
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Human Resources
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and reports
- Analyze compensation trends and ensure market competitiveness
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for accurate payroll and benefits data
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems; support audits and compliance reporting
- Assist in annual compensation reviews, incentive programs, and benefits renewals
