Experience
10+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in the GCC and Oil & Gas EPC industry
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in talent acquisition strategies and manpower planning
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas EPC projects
- Strong expertise in technical hiring and project-based staffing
- Experience with sourcing, assessment, and onboarding processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Long-term project-based role in Qatar
- Must have experience in the GCC with large-scale projects
