HR Officer – Learning & Development – Doha, Qatar

Printemps Doha is urgently hiring a Male HR Officer based in Qatar to support learning, performance, and talent development across the organization.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in learning & development or related HR functions in retail or food & beverage sectors.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Understanding of L&D principles, performance management, and talent planning.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, HRIS systems, and employee engagement practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Coordinate training schedules and participant communication.
  • Support performance management processes including goal setting and appraisals.
  • Help identify employee development needs in collaboration with managers.
  • Maintain training records and development plans.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and career growth initiatives.
  • Provide HR support related to talent development.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Participate in HR projects to enhance workforce capabilities.
