Printemps Doha is urgently hiring a Male HR Officer based in Qatar to support learning, performance, and talent development across the organization.
Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in learning & development or related HR functions in retail or food & beverage sectors.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Understanding of L&D principles, performance management, and talent planning.
- Familiarity with HR policies, HRIS systems, and employee engagement practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Coordinate training schedules and participant communication.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting and appraisals.
- Help identify employee development needs in collaboration with managers.
- Maintain training records and development plans.
- Contribute to employee engagement and career growth initiatives.
- Provide HR support related to talent development.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Participate in HR projects to enhance workforce capabilities.
