Data Entry Clerk – Qatar

A detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk is required to join the operations team. The role involves data management, purchase order processing, and administrative support.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Fast and accurate typing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in administrative support and customer service
  • Familiarity with database systems is an added advantage

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Follow up on invoices and ensure timely data entries
  • Enter purchase orders into the system accurately
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Department
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy at all times
